Where we ship

We currently ship physical orders within the United States. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Preparing your order

In-stock paperbacks and bookplates are normally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. This includes signing and any personalization offered on your product listing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Preparation time is separate from the carrier’s delivery estimate. Any different dispatch window for a preorder or special release will be stated on its product page. We will display planned shipping pauses before you order.

Delivery

We will email you when your order ships and include tracking when the selected service provides it. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel unshipped items for a refund.

Addresses and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address carefully. If it needs correcting, email Ava@AvaDevlin.com promptly with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or returned to us, please get in touch so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate next step. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we will discuss any additional postage with you before resending it.

Purchases from other retailers

This policy applies to physical items bought directly from this store. Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are handled under that retailer’s shipping and returns policies.
